Twikkie is seeking a Partnerships & Commercial Coordinator to support the development of strategic relationships and coordinate commercial activities in a growing SaaS environment. This role combines partnership engagement, sales coordination, and operational support, requiring strong organisational skills and commercial awareness. Working remotely, you will collaborate across multiple business functions to drive growth and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities: • Identify and engage prospective business partners, coordinating onboarding activities and maintaining ongoing relationship management • Support partnership development through preparation of proposals, presentations, and documentation while maintaining accurate records and activity tracking • Coordinate sales activities including follow-ups, proposal preparation, customer responses, and scheduling of meetings and demonstrations • Maintain CRM systems and pipeline records to ensure accurate tracking of commercial opportunities and activities • Support tender, framework, and bid submission activities with documentation, coordination, and stakeholder communication • Conduct market and competitor research to inform business strategy and identify growth opportunities • Prepare reports and business updates while ensuring smooth coordination across all commercial activities and internal teams
Requirements: • Demonstrated experience in partnerships, coordination, business support, account management, or commercial operations • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail • Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM tools, or ability to quickly learn new systems • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Nice to have: • Experience supporting bids, tenders, or public sector procurement processes • Familiarity with SaaS, technology, or B2B business environments • Knowledge of HR, workforce management, or productivity software sectors • Experience collaborating with external partners, vendors, or channel organisations
